This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that is collected from visitors to the Site and users of the bot.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT WITHOUT USERS APPROVAL ( Public access information )

We collect public information such as usernames, tags and id's ( user id, channel id and server id ). Id's are generated by Discord and we use them for data identification, to link the data to the user or the server .

INFORMATION WE COLLECT THAT USERS PROVIDE

Games results - We collect and store the points and names users provide when using the command results ( Team names and score points ) . When using the command results the data of the previous usage of the command is replaced by the current data. Results data can be completely deleted by using the command delete-results.

Images - We collect information that users provide when customizing their leaderboard designs by following the steps in command setboard and logo. Information will be used to generate the board you have designed.

Scoring system - We collect and store information provided by users when creating a score ( results calculation ) system using the command setpoints.

Roles and channels Id's - We collect information about the roles and the channels you provide to set a timer for opening and closing channels, modlogs and autorole. Id's are used to identify which role and which channel user has specified. Information will be deleted immediately after time expiration.

All commands that collect information have option switch off or reset to default which will result in deleting stored information by these commands.
